We summarize the steps to take to have your Botanicae at home.
- We specify the olfactory notes of the product in each description and a summary of its composition. We advise you to let yourself be carried away by the emotions that inspire you, both the history and the smell of the perfume (If you are not sure of your choice you can start with a Discovery Set).
-In your cart you will see a summary of your order, make sure you read it carefully to be sure that everything is correct. There is the option of having a
account to more easily control your orders and repeat the Botanicae experience.
-If you already have a Botanicae account, go to the bottom of our website and look for the menu "My account" in The Shop.
-Shipping method: your Botanicae purchase will be sent to you with GLS.
-Payment method: You can pay with your Paypal account, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
-Complete your order with a message: you will see that there is a field in which you can give us some details about your order, reception hours, etc. It is not mandatory that you fill it in, only if you think you have to give us some clarification.
-Once the order is placed, we need 1 business day to prepare the shipment. GLS needs 2-3 business days for domestic shipping (Spain) and 5 business days for shipping within Europe. If you need a specific day to be delivered, let us know in the order comments and we will do everything possible to make it so.
At the moment we ship to the entire European Union (with the exception of the Canary Islands), Israel and Russia. We are working to be available in many more countries soon!

Of course. If the order is not what you expected, it arrives in bad condition or you simply change your mind, you can return it for free by completing the return form within 7 days. Remember that only products that have not been used and are suitable for sale can be accepted, so we will review the product once it arrives at our facilities and we will proceed to refund the amount.

-When ?: you can request a return within 7 calendar days from when you have received the order.
