If you have come this far, it means that you have decided to try our Botanicae expressions perfumes. Here we describe the purchase conditions and resolve possible questions about your order.
We summarize the steps to take to have your Botanicae at home.
– We specify the olfactory notes of the product in each description and a summary of its composition. We advise you to let yourself be carried away by the emotions that inspire you, both the story and the smell of the perfume (If you are not sure of your choice you can start with a Discovery Set).
-In your cart you will be able to see a summary of your order, make sure you read it carefully to be sure that everything is correct.
-Shipping method: We currently work with various shipping companies depending on the delivery area. Once your purchase has been shipped from our logistics center, you will receive an email with the assigned company’s tracking information.
-Payment method: You can pay with your Paypal account, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.
Once the order is placed, we need 1 business day to prepare the shipment. We will need 2-3 business days for national shipping (Spain) and 5 business days for shipping within Europe.
We currently ship worldwide. If you don’t find shipping zones for your area, please contact us so we can help.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please send an email to hola@botanicae.es, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we have received and verified that the product meets the conditions, we will issue a refund within 5 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
