If you have come this far, it means that you have decided to try our Botanicae expressions perfumes. Here we describe the purchase conditions and resolve possible questions about your order.

We summarize the steps to take to have your Botanicae at home.

– We specify the olfactory notes of the product in each description and a summary of its composition. We advise you to let yourself be carried away by the emotions that inspire you, both the story and the smell of the perfume (If you are not sure of your choice you can start with a Discovery Set).

-In your cart you will be able to see a summary of your order, make sure you read it carefully to be sure that everything is correct. There is the option of making an account to more easily control your orders and repeat the Botanicae experience.

-If you already have a Botanicae account, scroll to the top of our website and look for the “My account” menu in The Shop.

-Shipping method: we will send your Botanicae purchase to you with GLS.

-Payment method: You can pay with your Paypal account, Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.

-Complete your order with a message: you will see that there is a field in which you can give us some details about your order, reception time, etc. It is not mandatory that you complete it, only if you think you need to give us some clarification.

Once the order is placed, we need 1 business day to prepare the shipment. GLS needs 2-3 business days for national shipping (Spain) and 5 business days for shipping within Europe. If you need it to be delivered on a specific day, let us know in the order comments and we will do everything possible to make it happen.

At the moment we ship to the entire European Union (except for the Canary Islands), Israel and Russia. We are working to be available in many more countries soon!

We take care of informing you of the status of the shipment, although you can track it more exhaustively in “My Account”.

Of course. If the order is not what you expected, arrives in poor condition or you simply change your mind, you can return it for free by completing the return form within 7 days. Remember that only products that have not been used and are suitable for sale can be accepted, so we will review the product once it arrives at our facilities and will proceed to refund the amount.

Having said this, we explain how to request the return of products that you have not used:

-When?: You can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

-How?: You can send us an email to the address hola@botanicae.es with the order information and indicating that you want to make the return.

-What happens once the return is requested?

When we receive the returned package with the perfume according to the conditions stated above, we will immediately begin the refund process. Please allow 3-4 days for transfers to appear in your bank account.

We are at your disposal to answer any questions that may arise in relation to our products at hola@botanicae.es, we always try to respond as quickly as possible.

In order to manage your purchase on our Page, we inform you that your data will be included in a personal data file called “Clients and users”. The purpose of the file is to manage the purchase you make on our page, to manage the relationship with you as a consumer of Botanicae expressions and to send you our newsletter with news about our products.

The person responsible for the file is CREACIONES DE PERFUMERÍA ATELIER S.L.U. and you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at the postal address: Camino Barca de Salazar, 25, C.P.: 30570, Beniaján (Murcia) or at the email address hola@botanicae.es. In both cases you will have to tell us what action you want to take in relation to your data and provide us with a photocopy of your ID. so we can respond to your request.

For our clients we are Botanicae Expressions and that is how we will refer to our project, but our lawyers have told us that we have to give all the details of our company at this point, and it is always advisable to listen to our lawyers, so we are serious for a moment: The full corporate name of our company is CREACIONES DE PERFUMERÍA ATELIER, S.L.U. with N.I.F.
